The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is a 109‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in St. Petersburg, FL 33707. We are actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) after our Grand Reopening and are hiring immediately. The facility specializes in short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care.

Schedule: PRN All Shifts

Location: St. Petersburg, FL 33707

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe resident rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurses in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care under proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Required

Education and Experience:

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
