Your morning starts by assigning staff to classrooms and reviewing nursing documentation for quality assurance. Then, you’ll greet families and children as they arrive — offering a warm smile and helping set the tone for a positive day.
- Support nursing staff and aides with interventions and daily activities.
- Engage with children in their classrooms — joining in crafts, songs, or even organizing a fall carnival or petting zoo!
- Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure each child’s medical needs are met.
- Develop and update care plans
, track infections, and review chart audits.
You’ll end your day with a sense of pride — knowing your leadership helped your team create brighter days and healthier futures for the children we serve.
Full-Time, Salaried Position — Monday through FridayDaytime Only — No nights, no weekends!

As a Nursing Supervisor, you’ll play a vital leadership role in ensuring quality pediatric care and staff development.
- Coordinate care for children ages birth to eight years in a center-based setting.
- Provide direct patient care when needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and collaborate with physicians to improve outcomes.
- Lead and mentor staff through education, support, and professional development.
- Active RN License (State of FL)
- Two years of pediatric nursing experience within the last five years (preferred)
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Management experience preferred but not required
