This position is incentive eligible and may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus.

Directs and manages the operations and activities of the Med. Surg. department, ensuring quality improvement, fiscal responsibility, productivity, and patient satisfaction. Provides high‑quality patient care and serves as a liaison with patients, physicians, employees, and community agencies. Oversees efficient department operations, optimal resource use, and compliance with JCAHO Standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
