Medical Hill Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated LVN Nurse Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nursing professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while leading and supporting a dedicated clinical team.

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high standards of resident care
• Support and supervise LVNs, CNAs, and nursing support staff
• Promote a positive and professional team environment focused on quality outcomes

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions are implemented
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding care plans and treatment goals

• Assist with staff training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
• Mentor nursing staff to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Participate in audits, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives

• Help manage staffing workflows and support efficient nursing operations
• Address clinical concerns proactively while maintaining resident safety and satisfaction

• Current and active California LVN license required
• Previous Nursing Leadership or Management Experience Preferred
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
