- Maintain staffing levels; report attendance issues.
- Train and support staff on safety, infection control, and procedures.
- Document care, incidents, and operational issues accurately.
- Communicate with Administrator-On-Duty regarding critical issues.
- Conduct safety drills and maintain shift logs.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, including abuse reporting.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 2pm-11pm & every other weekend, 2pm-11pm
The Shift Supervisor oversees daily operations and staff during assigned shifts to ensure individual support plans (ISPs) are followed, safety standards are met, and quality care is delivered.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years’ experience in MR/DD field preferred; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record (past 3 years).
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to complete required training and certifications.
