The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and manage all department functions during the assigned shift. You will work collaboratively with the management team to oversee nursing care and serve as a resource for staff, embodying the organization’s commitment to exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

• Support the admission and discharge processes to enhance quality and efficiency of patient care.
• Contribute to the continuous evaluation of patient care services in collaboration with management.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment that improves patient outcomes.
• Implement a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery as needed.
• Assist in establishing nursing strategies to improve staff engagement and quality of service.
• Play a key role in staffing decisions and staff training initiatives.
• Manage staff scheduling in line with patient care needs and productivity standards.
• Participate in inventory management and oversight of supplies and equipment.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be acquired within 30 days of starting employment.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree.
• Current RN or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.
