• Unit staffing description: unit secretary on unit from 7 AM - 11 PM
• 3 CNAs for 33 patients;
  Charge RN each shift;
  Clinical Manager and Director
• Type of equipment:
  Electronic white boards, iPhones with iMobile; remote telemetry
• Documentation system:
  Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 36 hours and every other weekend as needed
• Floating policy:
  Travelers are first to float
• Patient Experience requirements:
  Hourly rounds on day shift; 2 hour rounds after 9 pm

• Certifications:
  
  BLS

• Must have:
  The right attitude to put the patients first.

  Inpatient chemotherapy – given by core nursing staff with ONS chemo training
