• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing, sub‑acute, and long‑term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Perform wound care and other prescribed treatments
• Conduct physical assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, resident‑centered care

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
• Active RN license in the state of practice or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Current CPR Certification
