Position
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Home Care.
SchedulesSchedule 1:
Tuesdays – Thursdays, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Schedule 2:
Sunday – Wednesday and Saturday nights, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am.

High, Trach/Vent (requires mechanical lift).

Qualifications- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component);
Aveanna can assist with this after hire if necessary. - TB skin test current within last 12 months.
- Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
