Private Duty Nurse LPN - Acuity Child

Position

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Home Care.

Schedule 1:
Tuesdays – Thursdays, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Schedule 2:
Sunday – Wednesday and Saturday nights, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component);
  Aveanna can assist with this after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
