Shifts AvailableFull-Time Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Bi-Weekly Schedule
- Week 1:
Monday, Thursday, Saturday - Week 2:
Sunday, Thursday, Friday
PRN Opportunities Available – All Shifts
Walk-In Interviews Available
Monday – Friday (excluding Thursday): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No appointment needed. Please arrive during the listed hours and check in at the front desk. Bring a resume and valid available.

Job Responsibilities- Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
- Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
- Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment
- Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
- Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident
- According to state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response
- In accordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
- Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements
- Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.
- Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State or Multistate License
- CPR Certification required
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
