- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in resident condition
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
- Active Florida CNA License (Required)
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Genuine passion for caring for seniors and ensuring excellent resident outcomes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
