Aveanna – Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Location and Schedule

• Location:
  
  Pensacola, FL 32534 (on‑site includes a dog)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 7:30 pm (full‑time; part‑time or PRN options available)
• Age Group:
  Infant;
  Acuity:
  Low (includes feeding tubes, seizures)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to infants and children in their homes
• Administer medications, wound care, and other therapeutic interventions as ordered
• Document care activities electronically using the provided tablet
• Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to supervising clinicians
• Coordinate care with family members and primary care providers

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (state transfer required within 90 days if a compact license)
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (training provided after hire if needed)
• TB skin test performed within the last 12 months
• Minimum six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
