Neonatal Nurse Practitioner; PT

We are seeking a certified, experienced, per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established practice of 30 years at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH), home to the region’s only Newborn Intensive Care Unit.

• Only hospital in Tallahassee to earn the Baby-Friendly Hospital designation; TMH delivers more than 75 percent of babies born in the area.
• 19 labor and delivery rooms dedicated to patient-centered care for new babies and their families.
• Level‑III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with an ADC of 25 and 4,000 annual deliveries, equipped to handle high-risk mothers and premature or critically ill babies.
• Serves a 17‑county region in North Florida and South Georgia, receiving transports from regional hospitals.
• Affiliated with 3 residency programs.
• Multi‑specialty practice comprising neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists, supported by pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics specialists.
• Friendly, professional atmosphere with great nurses and ancillary services – PICC team, IV therapy team, and a full‑time child life specialist.
• NNP shifts are 24 hours in house.

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master’s degree.
• Florida license required.
• Certified NNPs with recent experience required.

• Provide neonatal care 24‑hour in‑house shifts as a per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
