• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level‑III NICU setting for critically ill and premature patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists and pediatric specialists, to support family‑centered care
• Manage patient care across a NICU environment handling high‑risk mothers and complex neonatal needs
• Work in a team model with supported services (including ancillary services and dedicated program support)
• Participate in clinical care coordination for neonatal transports from regional hospitals
• Provide clinical leadership during scheduled NNP shifts (8‑hour and 24‑hour options)

Required

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certified
• 2+ years of current experience as an NNP
• Ability to work 8‑hour and 24‑hour shift schedules
