Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing team serving the Gulf Coast region. This is a full-time position with a role that combines clinical oversight, caregiver support, and client care management.

Qualifications include a current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, home care, home health, or private duty experience preferred, strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills, ability to travel throughout the Gulf Coast service area, and passion for helping seniors and individuals remain safe and independent at home.

Duties include conducting client assessments and developing individualized Plans of Care, providing clinical supervision and oversight of client services, monitoring client progress and coordinating care needs, assisting with caregiver orientation, skills validation, and ongoing training, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies, and collaborating with caregivers, clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
