I'm hiring for a RN Med-Surg in Florida! There is potential for 10-15k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
The RN Med-Surg will assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status; perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record; administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication;

Requirements:
College degree; FL RN license; BLS cert; at least 1 year prior experience
Pay: $29-$43/hr
