Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking an LPN to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Dade City! This is a field-based role.

The LPN:
- Utilizes the nursing process: assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating to achieve the goals of nursing practice.
- Will be familiar with medical clearance guidelines and act as the liaison with physicians and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners.
- Will coordinate and complete all admissions in a timely manner inclusive of nurse- to nurse reports, triages, treatment plans, medication management and all related documentation.
- Will complete tasks as assigned by the RN charge nurse.

Required Certifications and Licensures:
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Required
Education:
- High School or Equivalent
- Associates in Nursing - preferred
Experience:
- 1 year behavioral health preferred
- 1 year in nursing preferred
