Registered Nurse, RN Charge Nurse & PRN

About the Role

As an RN at Clear Sky Rehabilitation Hospital of Lecanto, you’ll provide a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post‑acute or residential settings. Our nationally ranked facility delivers hospital‑level services, comparable to those provided on a medical‑surgical unit.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST, physicians, respiratory therapy, case managers, and more) to care for patients with complex medical needs.
• Administer intravenous therapy, manage surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and lines, tubes, and drains management.
• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care that drives optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate patient status with the care team.

• Current RN License (State of FL).
• CPR required; ACLS and BLS preferred.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred, acute‑care experience a plus.
• CRRN certification preferred.

• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50lb.
• Fine and gross motor skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and computer systems.
• Visual and auditory acuity for safe patient care; possible exposure to bodily fluids.

Hours:

12‑hour shifts (6am–6pm).

Full‑time: 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends/holidays.

PRN: 4 shifts per month, of which 1 must be on a weekend.

Base compensation range: $36.09–$45 per hour, depending on years of experience.
