Location: Miramar Beach
Emerald Coast Hospice in Miramar Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced Hospice RN / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will assess, educate, and support patients and families, coordinating with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other care team members to personalize plans of care.
The role requires an active RN license in Florida, at least 1 year of hospice/home health experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
