Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

The RN assists physician in the care and teaching of patients.

• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Residence with experience in IV therapy.
• Ability to assess patient needs and condition.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Current CPR certification.
• BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days).
• Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver license for travel to clinics.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred.

All offers of employment are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background screening. FCS requires all new hires to receive vaccinations, including influenza vaccine, barring an approved exemption.
