Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Goodwill CNA Grads position at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH), Tallahassee, FL.

TMH is a private, nonprofit community-based healthcare system serving a 21-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. TMH includes a 772-bed acute care hospital and multiple programs and facilities, with affiliations across specialty care and residency programs.

• Perform routine duties involving care of medically ill acute or subacute patients under the direction of an RN or LPN.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and monitor and record vital signs.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient well-being.
• Observe and report changes in the behavior and physical status of residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Reports typically to an RN or clinical nurse leadership (e.g., RN, Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, LPN).

• Preferred Experience:
  
  No previous experience required; one (1) year of related experience preferred.
• Required Certification/License/Registry:
  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. BLS certification is required prior to performing patient care. TMH provides on-site BLS training during orientation as needed.
• Orientation:
  Availability to complete Clinical Orientation during the first full week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
