PedIM Healthcare is seeking a proactive and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Primary Care team. As an NP at PedIM Healthcare, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. You will have support and supervision to help grow your profession and skills autonomously. We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Primary Care team.
What You'll Do- Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic tests; diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages; address acute and chronic health conditions; prescribe medications and therapies; provide patient education as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations and the policies of PedIM Healthcare.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (NP).
- Current, unrestricted state NP license.
- CPR and BLS certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Continuing education to stay current with medical advances and best practices.
- Schedule M-F 8:20 AM–5:00 PM
- Rotating on-call schedule
