• Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for both settings.
• Lead clinic staff (e.g., X-ray technologists, nurses, front-office specialists) in delivering excellent patient care.
• Provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
• Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIVE job description.
• Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications, and ask situational questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Engage with clinical leadership, elevate concerns to management as appropriate, and ensure adherence to company values.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate daily.
• Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
• Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
• Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient-centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information.
• Ensure provider activities are consistent with department expectations and compliant with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-patient clinic and virtual settings.
• Pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow-up.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care.
• Follow clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs.
• Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
• Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols.
• Complete mandatory compliance training to meet quality expectations.

• Recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve patient experience and care.
• Communicate regularly within the team in all necessary manners to support excellent patient care.
• Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and overview of clinic processes.
• Assist new employees with learning activities and required training.
• Support new employee training with job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with clients and employees; cultivate a positive work atmosphere.
• Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions required for the position.
• Follow company standards of operations.
• Promote and maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality.
• Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
• Proven experience working as a telehealth clinician.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• PRN employees required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full-time employees required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)

• 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER, trauma unit, or family medical practice preferred).
• Proven telehealth clinician experience.

• Active nursing license and DEA registration in good standing, verifiable with the appropriate regulatory agency.
