ET HEALTH HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Southwest Ranches, FL. The role provides direct nursing care under RN supervision, focusing on mental health and substance use treatment. Clinically, you will perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and documentation.
Shifts run 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, Sunday through Saturday, PRN. Requires Florida LPN license, nursing program completion, NCLEX-PN, and CPR; MH/SU experience preferred.
