Home Heart Florida is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for pediatric private-duty home care. You'll provide one-on-one nursing care to medically fragile children in their own homes - helping kids thrive and supporting their families.
What you'll do:- Deliver skilled nursing care: assessments, medication administration, and care plans
- Support children who may need trach/vent, G-tube, suctioning, or seizure monitoring
- Document accurately and communicate with the care team and family
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus - we'll train the right nurse
- Reliable, dependable, and great with families
- Current CPR; able to pass background and license checks
- Flexible scheduling - days, nights, and weekends; full-time, part-time, or PRN
- One-on-one care and a real relationship with your patient
- A supportive clinical team that has your back
