ResponsibilitiesManage high-risk neonates and infants, collaborate with medical teams, provide family-centered care, participate in education, administrative duties, consulting, and research initiatives.
QualificationsClinical Master's Degree or DNP in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies, valid Florida licensure, current BLS and PALS (or NRP), national certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA, and at least 3 years of Level III or higher NICU experience.
