Role Overview
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide compassionate, one-on-one pediatric home health care.
Key ResponsibilitiesFocus on the medical needs of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, care coordination, and family education to promote positive outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new grads welcome; training provided)
- Experience caring for clients in home settings
- Ability to make positive impressions and work effectively in a team.
