Legend Senior Living - 8230 Natures Way - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.;
Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.;
Document daily shift reports and resident records, including negotiated service agreements.;
Communicate clearly with other staff about urgent needs and concerns for the Health Care Director.
