RN – Medically Complex Group Home | Night Shift Central Florida Care Group Inc | Poinciana, FL Full-Time

This isn’t a typical facility role. You’ll work with a small, stable team providing hands‑on care to medically complex residents in a home‑like setting in Poinciana — where your clinical skills make a real difference every shift.

- Tube feedings and chronic disease management

- Coordinate and accompany residents to medical appointments
- Collaborate with other RNs, MDs, and the broader care team
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Pediatric, ICU, or PCU background preferred
- Ventilator/tracheostomy experience a strong plus
- Experience with developmentally disabled patients welcomed
