The Clinical Nurse Navigator Lead is a professional role model and clinical expert who serves as an advocate and educator responsible for facilitating patients' and/or caregivers' experience by guiding patients across the continuum, providing education and support, and helping predict follow-up care needed for treatment and disease process in order to promote medical optimization to ensure best outcomes and best value of care.

In addition to being responsible for performing the standard duties & responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse Navigator, this position functions in a lead support role assisting leadership in the areas of technical operations, community relations development, strategic development, quality control, and financial management.

• Requires a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
• Require three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a specialty area.

• Prefer a self-directed individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Prefer certification in specialty area.

• BLS:
  Basic Life Support/CPR
• FDL:
  Valid Driver's License
• FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
