We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Wellness Director to lead our clinical and wellness services for approximately 107 residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll oversee resident wellness, lead and develop care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help create an exceptional experience for residents and families.

• Lead resident wellness, assessments, care planning, and clinical services
• Supervise, coach, and develop caregiving and nursing team members

Required

• Licensed or Registered Nurse (where required by state regulations)
• 3+ years of senior living, geriatric nursing, or healthcare experience
• Leadership and team development experience
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
