Description:
We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established practice.
The Level-III NICU has 34 beds, with an average daily census of 25 and 3,500 annual deliveries.
This facility is the only one in the area designated as a Level-III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, equipped to handle high-risk cases, premature, or critically ill babies.
This is a multi-specialty practice, consisting of neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists.
Our team works collaboratively to provide family-centered quality healthcare.
The practice is supported by a variety of specialists, including pediatric cardiology, pediatric endocrinology, pediatric radiology, pediatric neurology, and pediatric orthopedics.
We foster a friendly and professional atmosphere with great nursing staff and ancillary services, including a PICC team and a full-time child life specialist.
Transports from other regional hospitals are staffed by a neonatal nurse and respiratory therapist.
Candidates must be NNP Board Certified; we cannot accept other NP certifications.
We are only considering candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
Locum candidates will not be accepted.
Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview.
