Private Duty Nurse (LPN) - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Health Care Support is seeking Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join a locally owned home care agency providing high quality, one on one care across Wimauma, Florida
. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by caring for pediatric, young adult, and long term care patients in their home environment while working with an agency that prioritizes patient care, nurse support, and consistency.

$30.00 - $37.00 hourly (based on case complexity)

$1,000 Sign On Bonus (Full Time)

Weekly pay (Monday-Sunday workweek, paid the following Friday)

Flexible scheduling options available

Days, nights, weekends, and extended shifts depending on case

No on call requirement

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in the home
• Administer medications and manage feeding tube care
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living per plan of care
• Complete accurate electronic documentation during each shift

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Florida
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Comfortable providing hands-on care in a private duty setting
• Ability to assist with lifting and transfers as needed
