Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring for a Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant that will play a vital role within our inpatient care team, delivering comprehensive healthcare services across multiple facilities. This role requires frequent travel between our Orlando & Daytona offices to ensure consistent patient care and effective coordination among healthcare providers. The ideal candidate is adept at patient assessments, treatment planning, and fostering collaborative clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to gather medical histories and vital information
• Diagnose medical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Manage medication administration and adjustments
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate effectively with inpatient care team members
• Coordinate patient care across multiple facilities considering travel requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of clinical patient care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Expertise in patient care management and medication administration
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Demonstrated critical thinking and patient education capabilities
• Spanish-speaking a plus
