About This Role

The Weekend Registered Nurse provides and directs nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating care with healthcare professionals and ensuring compliance with regulations and agency policies. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a home health setting and enjoy working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

• Pay: $70,832 - $106,248 annually

• Develop, implement, and update patient plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure home-health eligibility and complete comprehensive nursing assessments (including OASIS and medication reconciliation).
• Provide and coordinate high-quality clinical care; supervise and assign tasks to home health aides and LPN/LVNs.
• Accurately document all patient care per policy and payer requirements; communicate timely with physicians, patients, families, and agency staff.
• Participate in orientation and precepting of new staff; contribute to performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality, positive attitude, and adherence to agency standards.
• Function in any home situation regardless of the client's background.

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice

• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred

• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance required
