- Deliver compassionate nursing care in clients' homes.
- Document patient progress electronically using provided tablets.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Adhere to safety, health, and documentation standards.
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Prior nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or PRN, including days, nights, and weekends.
