URGENT NEED — DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Family First Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care in the Gulf Breeze area.
This opportunity involves caring for a medically complex patient who requires skilled nursing support, including medication administration, seizure management, airway/suctioning care, and ongoing monitoring.

What You'll Do- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
- Follow the individualized plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the clinical team
- Provide seizure monitoring and appropriate interventions
- Perform airway and suctioning care as ordered
- Support patient safety, comfort, and well-being
- Communicate with the clinical team and caregivers

- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
