Agency Vaccinator Nurse / LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – $37 per hour (Weekly Pay / Every Friday)
Location: Tallahassee Area
Base Pay: $37 / hour
Overtime Pay: $55.50 / hour
Schedule: 9AM to 5PM
- Administer Vaccines: Give intramuscular or subcutaneous injections for routine or seasonal vaccines (such as flu, COVID-19, or MMR).
- Screen Patients: Review medical history and check for allergies or contraindications before giving a shot.
- Monitor Reactions: Watch patients for 15 to 30 minutes post-vaccination to catch and treat any immediate allergic reactions or anaphylaxis.
- Patient
Education:
Explain vaccine benefits, answer safety questions, and discuss common side effects to ease patient concerns. - Documentation: Log each dose accurately into electronic health records (EHR) or state immunization registries.
- Cold Chain Management: Handle and store vials at precise temperatures to keep vaccines effective.

- Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
