Landscape Crew Member
As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll support daily construction and maintenance operations by completing essential tasks with quality and care.
Essential Duties Of a Landscape Crew Member- Mow, edge, weed, mulch, and install landscape features
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow production rates and project plans accurately
- Handle tools like shovels, rakes, hoes, and wheelbarrows
- Ensure installations align with company standards
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and report unsafe conditions
Promote safety and environmental best practices - Perform additional duties as needed
- At least 1 year in the landscaping industry (preferred but not required)
- Team‑focused with strong communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Knowledge of safe landscaping practices and tool use
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Extended hours during busy seasons
- Physical labor with exposure to dust, pollen, insects, and machinery
