Dock Hand – Outdoor Waterfront Position (Weekends Required)

Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $14.00 plus tips!

We are hiring a reliable, hardworking Dock Hand to join our waterfront team. This is a fast-paced, outdoor position at a private kayak launch near Three Sisters Springs. If you enjoy being outside, staying active, and working around the water — this may be a great fit.

• Launch and retrieve kayaks and paddle boards.
• Assist customers safely on and off the dock.
• Carry and load equipment (up to 50 lbs regularly).
• Maintain dock, launch area, and property cleanliness.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Must be available to work weekends (this is non-negotiable).
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and rain.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Punctual and dependable.
