The role comes with a competitive salary of up to $150K and up to $75,000 sign-on bonus, unlimited PTO, and relocation support.

• Provide exams, diagnostics, and treatment for companion animals
• Perform surgeries and prescribe medications as required
• Interpret diagnostic results and operate advanced equipment
• Advise pet owners on preventative care, treatment options, and end-of-life planning
• Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to veterinary ethics and legal standards

• DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited institution
• Active (or eligible) Florida veterinary license
• DEA/BNDD eligibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting animals and equipment as needed
• Professional, compassionate approach with clients and staff

• Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
