Location: Englewood
Juniper is seeking Driver Crew Leaders for its Landscape Maintenance teams located in Englewood, FL.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crew
- Maintain production schedules and ensure maintenance service expectations are met
- Assist with training and development of crew members
- Track daily time‑keeping of work hours for crew members
- Ensure all crew members perform their work in a safe manner
- Confirm equipment is in working order and properly maintained
- Use hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned
- Valid driver's license and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record review required
- Landscaping experience and prior supervisory experience required
- Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Willingness to work for long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
