Key Responsibilities
- stage, and maintain both existing and newly acquired plant and tree materials.
- Safely operate equipment and follow safety protocols, including handling of any chemicals or toxins used in plant/tree care.
- Perform tasks in both the nursery (plants) and tree departments as needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience operating machinery or farm equipment.
- Familiarity with plant and tree species is helpful but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, crouching, squatting, bending, reaching, carrying, planting, and lifting throughout the day.
