We are searching for a Landscaping Leader with an emphasis on Irrigation. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to progress into a higher-level role.

Your qualities:

• You possess an irrigation license (more pay).
• You are passionate about serving others, including your crew, the customers, and the community.
• Dealing with staffing issues is part of the job, and you take it on as a challenge to assist in retaining the best crews.

• Manage the field – you are the boots on the ground and you walk job sites, check for quality control, and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Organize the team – structure routes, manage employee schedules, keep crew members organized and on task.
• Support the team – find solutions for staff issues and provide necessary training.
• Wrap up and prepare for the next day – ensure all tasks are completed and ready for the following day.
• Lead one of the maintenance and/or landscaping teams as we build our irrigation division.

• Full Utilization of Software & Processes:
  Use tools to enable the above.

• Prior experience in irrigation, landscaping, lawn service, or a similar service industry is critical for leading a team.
• Must know how to install pipe, heads, valves, wire, controller, and sensors, and be able to operate basic equipment safely.
• Willingness to complete required certifications and licenses within six months if not already obtained.
• Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience in irrigation, lawn care or landscaping, and team leadership. More pay is available if you possess an irrigation license.
