Situated within the gated Eagles residential community, the facility features two distinct 18-hole championship courses, the Forest Course and the Lakes Course, making it one of the few 36-hole daily-fee golf facilities in the region.

The club has built a powerful reputation for providing a private-club atmosphere while remaining open to the public. Since the 1990s, it has been recognized as a leading golf venue in the Tampa market, offering challenging layouts, extensive practice facilities, a clubhouse, dining options, tournaments, leagues, and event spaces.

The Forest Course emphasizes precision and shot making. At approximately 6,700 yards from the championship tees, it features tree-lined fairways, strategic water hazards, and a memorable island-style par-3 sixth hole. The course is known for rewarding accuracy over sheer distance.

The Lakes Course offers a more traditional Florida golf experience. Most recently, the club installed a brand-new state-of-the-art irrigation system in 2026. • Lead a team to provide a culture of quality, success, vision, and genuine hospitality
• Supervise the staff and delegate specific tasks and responsibilities
• Direct all maintenance activities for all components
• Instruct and train equipment operators on the operation and care of mowing and other equipment
• Supervise and participate in the operation and maintenance of pumps and irrigation/drainage systems
• Provide vision for long-term capital improvements
• Experience creating budgets and labor plans
• Operate multiple types of equipment as needed
• Direct all personnel management and evaluation
• Monitor and ensure ongoing safety compliance
• Maintain proper record keeping
• Hold a Certified Pesticide Applicator’s License
• Monitor inventory of fertilizer/pesticides, irrigation parts, safety apparel, and other related supplies
• Be detail-oriented, task-driven, and have a sharp eye for improving course quality
• Communicate effectively with clubhouse and operations teams
• Maintain a high degree of visibility and guest engagement
• Possess mechanical aptitude
• Demonstrate strong irrigation background
• Have experience with both ultra dwarf Bermuda grass

Education, Knowledge, Training:

• 5+ years of golf course maintenance experience
• 2‑ or 4‑year degree in Agronomy, Turf Management, or related field
