Job Overview

Indian River Preserve Golf Club, located in Mims, Florida, is hiring for a Golf Course Maintenance role. The club is managed by Bobby Jones Links, a company established in 2000 and based in Atlanta, Georgia. The club features an 18-hole golf course co-designed by Perry Dye and LPGA champion Jan Stephenson. The course includes lush fairways, serene lakes, nature preserves, and wildlife.

As part of the club, the maintenance team works with the clubhouse and its dining facilities, including Andrei’s Restaurant and banquet spaces.

• Assist with the implementation of all fertilizer and pesticide programs.
• Safely operate the maintenance equipment.
• Maintain maintenance and oil/gas logs on equipment.
• Clean and inspect machinery before and after each use.
• Report any mechanical issues to the Superintendent.
• Load and unload material.
• Maintain the course and its surroundings (grass, trees, plants, bushes, waste canisters).
• Assist with special projects.

• Ability to operate tools and machinery.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.

• Prolonged periods walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling.
• Must be physically able to operate power equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
