Job Overview

Juniper is a full‑service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. The role is a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
Perform daily vehicle inspections
Work as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and complete jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
Move soil, equipment, and materials
Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
Landscaping experience preferred
Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight
Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
