First Service Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the building’s grounds and common areas. The role is full-time, with shifts Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and compensation at $18.50 per hour.
The responsibilities include mowing lawns, trimming around trees and walkways, clearing debris, maintaining equipment, and following safety procedures. OSHA/EPA guidelines and strong customer service are required.
