Job Summary
The experienced Aquatic Herbicide Applicator will perform outdoor field operations associated with the treatment and inspection preserves, wetlands, and natural areas to control invasive plants.

Assist land clearing and planting on restoration projects. Help restore Florida native environments with planting and seeding along with regular exotic maintenance.
Work DutiesThe majority of the work is conducted in wetlands, and natural areas throughout the Treasure Coast. Application of herbicides is performed using spray packs, but other management activities include chainsaw, trimmer, and machete work.
Knowledge of native plants and wildlife as well as experience in natural area restoration work is a plus.
