Responsibilities
- Application of fertilizer and pesticides to lawns and ornamental shrubs
- Diagnosis and treatment of insect and/or disease activity
- Customer relations and communication
- Route management
- Maintenance and care of a company vehicle
- Efficient time management
- Occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred but not required
- At least 1 year experience in the lawn and landscape or pest control industry preferred but not required
- Active FL driver s license with clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Must enjoy working outdoors in the summertime
- Basic math skills to perform simple calculations
- Able to use navigation and maps efficiently
- Have the ability to communicate with people
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Paid time off
